About the Role
• Overseeing online sales and presence, including managing our e-commerce platform and
implementing SEO strategies to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
• Analyzing data to optimize online performance and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive
online sales and increase brand awareness.
• Managing our online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
• Creating reports and maintaining MIS Related to the business .
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
•Creativity and a data-driven approach to marketing and sales
• Website Management:
• Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and appealing.
• Negotiation skill.
• Monitor website and application performance and make necessary improvements to enhance
user experience.
• Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Proven track record of e-commerce business management (Retail Industry experience Preferred)
• Should have minimum 3 yrs. of experience in an ecommerce Manager Role
• Experience in e-commerce business and be able to define and make decision on key strategies
such as product strategy, pricing, order fulfilment, vendor selection,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong Planning and organizing skills and a good team player
